The service

AgentScreenshots provides a command-line tool ("CLI") for capturing screenshots of web pages, a license management dashboard, and related documentation. The CLI saves output files to user-selected paths and reports usage for licensing and billing.

Accounts

You need an account to obtain license keys. One account per person or entity. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Licenses and quotas

Each account can have one free license and multiple paid licenses. Licenses are governed by monthly quotas:

• Free license: 100 visual checks per month
• Solo license: 2,000 visual checks per month (€5/month or €50/year)
• Pro license: 10,000 visual checks per month (€20/month or €200/year)
• Studio license: 100,000 visual checks per month (€100/month or €1,000/year)

A fresh CLI install also includes a one-time anonymous allocation of 50 screenshots. It is not a recurring monthly quota. A "visual check" is one successful screenshot captured through the CLI. Failed captures do not count against your quota. You may use a license key for any purpose — a single machine, a project, a CI pipeline, or a team. The quota is the boundary.

Billing and cancellation

Paid licenses are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can change plans or cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but you may contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for scraping, data extraction, or bulk automated collection of website content
• Circumvent license quotas through multiple free accounts
• Reverse-engineer the CLI's license verification mechanism
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights

AgentScreenshots is designed for visual feedback during software development. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use the service outside this scope.

Availability

The CLI works offline and does not depend on our servers to capture screenshots. Our servers handle license verification, usage reporting, and billing. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The CLI will continue to work during brief outages via offline queuing.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your screenshots and the content you capture. We claim no ownership over your output. The AgentScreenshots CLI, documentation, and brand are our intellectual property.

Liability

AgentScreenshots is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
